The Southeastern Career Center is the first Career and Technical Education Center that was built in the state of Indiana. In 1964, a group of very forward-thinking educators and business leaders saw a need for a bridge between Industry and Education and saw that it needed to start at the high school level. The Southeastern Career Center strives to provide students with a learning environment that integrates technical skills and academic knowledge, while also promoting work ethics, citizenship, and self-esteem.

We are grateful to Friendship State Bank; Southeastern Insurance; Bruns-Gutzwiller; Hirt & Elco; Southeastern Career Center; Enneking Auto; Buckley’s Service Center; Skyline Chili; Water Tek; Gilman; Duke Energy; and Batesville Liquor Store for monetary and material donations. The tournament would not have been so successful without your support.
Tasty, boxed lunches were provided by the Southeastern Career Center Culinary Arts Program.
And, of course, thanks to the golfers who participated. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we enjoyed hosting you. The day was a success, raising funds for our “Help a Student Fund” at Southeastern Career Center, and other projects such as the local food pantry, 3rd grade dictionary project, Summer Food Program, and global projects such as polio eradication and Shelter Box. We couldn’t have done it without your generous participation. You made it a fun event while supporting a good cause.
Thanks again.
